A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Soft Technologies and Creative Industries Development Headquarters in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology and the City Industries and Mines Development Group to support the creation of activities in the field of urban creative industries and market development and export of cultural industries.

The memorandum was signed by Parviz Karami, Secretary of the Soft Technologies and Creative Industries Development in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology, and Mohsen Ahmadi, CEO of the city's Industrial and Mining Development Holding.

Attracting startups and creative companies and knowledge-based companies active in the field of soft and creative industries and technologies is one of the goals of the center.

Measures related to the establishment of this center have been started by the city's Industries and Mines Development Group with the support and participation of the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology to develop a knowledge-based economy. There are about 1400 creative companies active in the country, and the establishment of creative and innovative houses is a measure to expand the activities of these companies and boost the production of their products. Also, about 70 creative houses have been set up in the country.

 Based on this memorandum, support and participation in creating and leading a creative and innovation house with a focus on urban creative industries, introducing specialized accelerators and providing financial and moral support to knowledge-based and creative companies in this center and supporting related events. And information and administrative support is among the support of the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology.

 Parviz Karami, Secretary of the Soft Technologies and Creative Industries Development Headquarters in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology, said at the signing ceremony: The establishment of the center can play an important role in creating coordination, promotion and position of creative and knowledge-based companies and active accelerators in the field of city and municipal issues. The activity of creative companies in the urban area expands with the development of creative houses and innovation. Any action that injects innovation and creativity into the field and is a way to develop smart urban services.

The Executive Director of the National Document on Soft Technologies and Creative Industries stated: The steps of preparing the location and equipping this house have been done by the city's Industries and Mines Development Group. Accelerators and startups will soon be based in the house based on business plans, and the center will open as a "creative home and city innovation center."

 According to Karami, the center supports events related to the creative and cultural industries related to the participation of the parties. Also, establishing a connection between this house and other creative houses is another event that happens so that with the development of interactions, we can see the prosperity of activities in the field of soft technologies and creative and cultural industries.
