Development of social innovations

Parviz Karami stated that social innovation is an effective and well-known word in the world and is included under general innovations, adding: If the country is to show the weight of knowledge-based and creative companies in the subject of good governance and the field of public innovation. It is called social innovation in some places.

He reminded: When it comes to social and public innovations, all the benefits will reach the members of the society. It used to be in the form of organizations, foundations and charity units, but now governments must play this role.

Referring to the ability of knowledge-based and creative companies to accelerate and increase the quality of social proceedings, Parviz Karami added: Government structures are involved in their bureaucracy, which makes public and social proceedings less. That is, if a person in a government organization wants to do a public benefit and social activity, he has more concerns than the target society. Therefore, if this work comes to the heart of a socially innovative society, its benefits will reach the whole society.

The head of the center and the secretary of the soft technologies and industrial development headquarters, stating that some good things have happened this year that can help the field of social innovation, said: the document for the national development of soft technologies was approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution. The second event is the approval of the knowledge-based production boost law, in which creative units, industries, and companies became official. Previously, creative companies were defined under the Vice Presidency of Science and Tchnology, but they did not have a legal identity.

He stated that the knowledge-based production leap law is a good and progressive legal basis for the creative house, and said: For this reason, we concluded that a Nopia creative house of innovation should continue this activity in an organized, structured and institutionalized manner. A creative house of innovation will be formed in the country under the title of the creative house of innovation Nopia and will become the central hub of this issue and guide the institutions and activities and institutions that work in the field of social innovations.

A national event for the development of social innovations

Parviz Karami pointed out: The National Soft Technology Development Document is one of the documents that clearly state that the development of social innovations for the greater role of people's groups in solving the country's social problems is a priority. Nopia is one of the organizational structures formed by the executive headquarters of Imam's executive command and can be the national network or hub (pole) of this work in the hearts of creative and innovation houses or creative houses that are created in less privileged areas.

He added: One of the tasks of the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology to increase employment is to create creative companies and creative houses of innovation in underprivileged areas with the help of the people themselves. If we are going to stop the migration of creative and intelligent specialists from less privileged areas, it should be through the creation of creative companies and knowledge-based companies in those areas.

Parviz Karami stated that we have about 200 innovation centers across the country and said: In the field of soft technologies and social innovations, creative houses of innovation have been formed. Currently, 75 innovative and creative houses are operating in the country, and most of them are in less privileged areas.

Referring to the quantitative goals of the National Soft Technologies Development Document, Parviz Karami said: One of its goals is to increase the number of organizations, companies and people active in the field of social innovation, whose work is to remove the harms that are in the field of social innovation. Another goal is to increase the number of effective social innovation projects and another goal is to provide collective financing in the field of efficiency and strengthening financial solutions to strengthen institutions that are formed in the fields of social innovation.

Referring to the priorities in the field of social innovation, the director of the center and directorate of soft technologies and industrial development added: education for the target groups of vulnerable groups, orphaned and abused families, working children, marginalized people and disadvantaged areas is the first priority, and educational innovations and promotion of social justice are the first priority through public access.

He continued: The second priority is to eliminate deprivation and alleviate poverty to improve livelihoods and create a platform for sustainable employment, which is the target group. The third health priority for the same target groups is to eliminate inequality in the use of health services, electronic health services, and services for rehabilitation and old age equipment.

The head of the center and secretary of soft technologies and industrial development announced the fourth priority of the family and lifestyle in creative innovations and said: this priority is for the families of prisoners and families involved in addiction, the abused and the homeless, the homeless and people who have been harmed by natural disasters. are done to prevent social harms, facilitate marriage and family formation, having children and mental health and improving the quality of life of these families.

He added: Our plans for this work are to develop the interaction of innovation activists in the technological ecosystem of the country with the help of Imam's executive command headquarters in the form of Nopia.

Parviz Karami continued: Encouraging and persuading idea owners and investors to participate in national and regional projects and solving existing challenges and supporting innovative activists and creating a link between idea owners and activists who want to work in the field of social investment or social responsibility is among our other programs.
